A year ago Hallvard booked 3 seats at the Oslo Operahouse which had just been newly built. So lasty Thursday we set off to Hallvard's niece and family in Moss. The snow was starting to melt, but as we got closer to Telemark....

On Wednesday we went to a Katie Melua concert. We set off early so that we would be able to park in good time, because it looked as if we would have to park at Colour line in Kristiansand and walk to Ravnedalen. As it turned out we parked at the railway station in Kristiansand and got to Ravnedalen far sooner than we expected – about 30 mnts. The sun was shining and we walked through the park and were one of the first to get there at 6pm

It’s nice to get away and spend a couple of days in the hytte in Evardalen, where there is not much housework to do and only simple cooking. It’s so quiet there that you can read a book with full concentration or knit without any interruptions and if all else fails, there’s the i-pod...
